Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 11ph22. By creating an account or using any part of the 11ph22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. 1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 11ph22 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 11ph22 Platform.
By accessing the 11ph22 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as players.

- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 11ph22, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 11ph22 or by any applicable regulatory authority.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
Age Verification: 11ph22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. 11ph22 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.
3 Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the 11ph22 Platform, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 11ph22 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 11ph22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 11ph22 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Identity Verification (KYC): 11ph22 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 11ph22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 11ph22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant transaction pages of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 11ph22 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review for compliance purposes. 11ph22 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means, and you must not use payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to player accounts.
Note: 11ph22 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or compliance reviews. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for
it where possible.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
11ph22 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonus Abuse: 11ph22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of errors or loopholes in the Platform.
- Modification and Cancellation: 11ph22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
- Promotion Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. 11ph22 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
6 Gameplay Rules
The following general rules apply to all games available on the 11ph22 Platform:
- Game Rules: Each game available on the 11ph22 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirmation.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, 11ph22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. 11ph22 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the staked amount.
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and account tier.
- Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the decision of 11ph22 shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ph22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, the forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform or any game offered thereon.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 11ph22 staff or other players.
- Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
8 Responsible Gaming
11ph22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 11ph22.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11ph22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, 11ph22 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
- Any technical malfunction, system failure, or connectivity issue beyond 11ph22's reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11 Termination and Suspension
11ph22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
- Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to 11ph22 and any forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 11ph22 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of any pending bets and the completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 11ph22 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 11ph22 customer support. 11ph22 will endeavor to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.
13 Amendments to These Terms
11ph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 11ph22 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 11ph22 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
